I hope your Christmas was lovely and that you have had a chance to rest and relax in the days since. On this last day of 2015 I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for your support this year. Whether you’ve read my monthly ramblings; followed on social media; participated in a Mindful Hiking Day, a 6-week Learn to Meditate Course or a recent Yarra River Mindful Meander or Casual Meditation & Relaxation Class to raise money for Asha (a total of $1000 was raised!) I am enormously grateful. Thank YOU!

Susannah Conway’s ‘Unravelling the Year Ahead 2016’ – now in its seventh year this wonderful downloadable pdf workbook is a great way to reflect on the year that’s been and orient yourself towards the year ahead by putting pen to paper.

‘Find Your Word for 2016’ – this lovely 5-day email course, also created by Susannah Conway, will help you find a word that can act as your guiding light throughout 2016. A great alternative to making and breaking New Year’s Resolutions!

Two podcast series I’m looking forward to delving into during January – On Being (explores what it means to be human and how we want to live) and UCLA Meditation Podcasts (30 minute episodes each with a theme, introductory commentary and a guided meditation).
